Christmas Concert Details

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The students of St. Leo Catholic Academy will present a Christmas Concert on Friday, December 16. There will be two shows, one at 9am and the other at 6:30pm. Both shows will take place in the school auditorium.

Tickets will be $5 per guest (download order form); students in the show do not need a ticket. Tickets for guests will be collected at the door. Because of the great demand and the large number of school families, we are asking that those of you who are available to attend the daytime show, do so. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following information is important regarding the shows:

ATTENDANCE: Every child is expected to participate in both shows. If it is necessary that a student be excused, a written note from a parent/guardian is required.

ARRIVAL: The children are to come to school in costume. For the Daytime show, students should come to school at the regular time, dressed in costume. Parents/guardians/guests may enter the auditorium to be seated beginning 8:30am. For the Evening show, students should arrive NO LATER THAN 6pm dressed in costume. Parents/Guardians may then go to the auditorium to be seated.

COSTUMES: Grade-by-grade costume requirements.

DISMISSAL: All students will be dismissed from their homeroom classes. No child will be permitted to leave the school building without a parent/guardian escort. The concert will end no later than 8pm.

VIDEOS & CAMERAS: Pictures are permitted to be taken during the performance; however, we ask that you do not obstruct the view of other persons.
